Fee Schedule
We chose the name Mutual-exchange, LLC because we believe it is important that our relationship and your exchange be a mutually rewarding experience. We work to earn your business and respect daily. Therefore, we've developed a simple reasonable fee schedule as follows:

Our Basic Exchange Fee provides services for One Relinquished Property and One Replacement Property. Additional Properties are $250.00 per transaction.
Reverse exchanges begin at $1,995.00 for the Accommodation of Title plus the exchange fee as depicted above.
Ancillary fees, including but not limited to overnight delivery fees, courier fees, and archive fees, are the responsibility of the Investor. Cancellation Fee is $250.00.
SHORT NOTICE, NO PROBLEM!!! For Exchange Documentation required in 24 hours or less, a rush fee of $250.00 is applicable.
Initial Consultations are always welcomed and are free!
Exchange proceeds are placed in an interest bearing trust account. Investor receives all interest earned from the banking transaction.
